Puerto Galera leads the way in dive education in the Philippines. Beginners are well catered for with courses for children, families and the PADI Open Water Course. More experienced divers can choose from a wide range of specialty and more advanced courses including IANTD and TDI technical dive programmes.

Puerto Galera's dive centers and dive shops offer mulitlingual courses to all levels of dive education, from Bubblemakers to Instructor Development Courses (IDC). Nitrox, technical training and specialty courses are also available. Our partner dive resorts, Atlantis Dive Resort, El Galleon Beach Resort and Fishermen's Cove, offers a variety of dive packages that will suit any dive enthusiasts underwater requirements.

DIVE YEAR ROUND
The best of Puerto Galera is to be found underwater. The area is renowned for its diversity of fish and coral life. Puerto Galera is considered an 'all year' round dive destination with water temperatures varying between 23°C to 29°C and visibility is at 15 meters (often up to 40 m).
